Youth United, offered through United Way of Greater Atlanta, is a free engagement group for high school students including volunteer service, leadership development, and cultural enrichment opportunities. I’ve attached several service, career, and leadership opportunities to the attached flyer. Please share this flyer with your high school students!

Virtual College Workshop
When: Monday, November 21st from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
During this virtual session, you will hear from United Way of Greater Atlanta and
volunteers about the college planning process, application process, and best
practices for how to get scholarships and funding.
The session will include breakout groups and gift card giveaways to a few lucky
student participants!

Donation Sorting at United Way of Greater Atlanta Donation Center
When: Tuesday, November 22nd from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Come support United Way of Greater Atlanta’s at our donation space to help sort
and prepare donations for community distribution. We will have music, food, and a
raffle for giveaway prizes at the end of our event! Don’t miss this opportunity to
support families in need over the holidays.

When: Saturday, December 3rd from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
During this virtual session, you will hear from United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Young
Professionals Leaders who will be sharing their path & experiences. You will have the
opportunity to have real conversations with our special guests to gain career insight.
